My Story
Growing up in a household rooted as firmly in storytelling as in the world around us, I found a taste for narration and mimicry from an early age, trading turns with my younger sibling reading aloud to our parents nightly when we were old enough to take their place.
As many creatives my age were, in addition to reading and watching various forms of J.R.R. Tolkien's stories over my childhood, I was profoundly inspired by the massive outpouring of artistic mastery present in the Peter Jackson Lord of the Rings films, which began their run in cinemas while I was only in middle school - I knew I needed to be in that industry, the industry making stories and songs, the industry that made me believe Middle Earth was real.
I naturally gravitated towards singing as well, taking part in choir throughout my school days, ultimately pursuing further training in Musical Theatre as part of a broader Theatre Degree.

My Motivation
Voiceover always attracted me - more so than camera and stage acting - for the intimate space generated between the performer and the listener by the sheer closeness of the microphone. The practical reality of the medium demands that the performer believe in their embodiment of their character, because human ears can detect a shocking degree of falsity in a human voice.
Once the performer has that dire strait mastered, however, the whole world opens up, allowing them to pursue a myriad variety of roles - and I want to play them all! I've never been one to leave my acting boundaries untested, and I always throw myself with gusto into every project to which I contribute!
